Returns and Refund Processing
Qunirae accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 days from delivery.
Returns must be reviewed and approved before products are sent back.
For approved returns:
- Qunirae provides return instructions.
- Qunirae provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no charge to the customer.
- The customer downloads, prints, and attaches the return label.
- The product is shipped according to the provided return instructions.
- The returned product is inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
- An approved refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Qunirae charges no restocking fee for approved returns.
Approved return shipping is free, and Qunirae covers the cost of the approved prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send a product back before receiving approval and return instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
Approved exchanges are eligible for free return shipping, and Qunirae provides the applicable prepaid return shipping label after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If you wish to request a cancellation, contact info@qunirae.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, an eligible return must follow the applicable return process.
Shipping Information
Qunirae provides free standard shipping within the United States.
Standard order timelines are:

Transit Time: 7–16 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–23 business days
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8), Monday–Friday
